regarding Urgent Warning.

The card plays on a mission. Then, a self-card is downloaded to a spaceline end of the spaceline where the card was played – right?

Not ANY spaceline end of any spaceline?

Correct. The original wording allowed the opponent to place it at any end of any spaceline; now you pick the the spaceline by selecting the mission in that spaceline, and the opponent picks either end of that mission's spaceline.
