I knew the difference between "each" and "every."

I asked the question because this is the first card to ever put "once each turn" in parentheses on an interrupt. Based on similar cards, it would normally read something like "Once each turn, kill your Reman to draw three cards..." Not sure why the conventional text wan't used in this case.

The first part says can only be played on your turn. The second part can be played whenever.
