Besides beaming tribbles, does transporter skill allow you to beam through cards that interfere with transporting? Also, if you have someone with transporter skill x2 does that allow you to beam two additional people through the interference? Thanks.

Personnel with [SD]Transporter Skill can beam large Tribble cards, even through SHIELDS, once per turn per skill level.

The additional beaming ability was in the Q-Continuum rule book. Does it not apply anymore then with the updated rules?
