If I use Agent Garrak's special download to download another version of his persona after he is targeted to be killed, captured or disabled by a dilemma, what happens to the new Garrak? Is it affected or does the dilemma miss?

Also, same situation but if I use the Odo (Dogs of War) special download of "You dirty rat" as he is being targeted by a dilemma?

What about if they are randomly selected to be killed in personnel battle or by a tactic?
