Yeah but order of seeds matters here. You definitely want to drop EDF first.

The order in which you seed these two cards doesn't matter.
Establish Dominion Foothold must be seeded before any

card enters play and Dominion Command downloads a

Facility.
As long as you don't seed any non

Missions you cannot seed something wrong. There are no

Mission Specialists, or

Facilities or seedable

Ships that can mess anything (as far as I know).

The only exception is when you make your Son'a Observatory

with Alliance with the Son'a
