Is a Time Location a planet (if it has the icon)? (I know I still need the corresponding mission, but I only want to know about the definition of the Time Location.)
I ask because several cards target a planet such as Remember the Alamo https://www.trekcc.org/1e/?cardID=1991

Indeed. Hidden Fighter and Remember the Alamo are both valid plays at Time Locations, because they target planets but something like Thine Own Self does NOT because it targets a planet MISSION.
