I tried this search and came up empty.

They seem to work individually, but not together. I also tested Female and Ambassador and came up with nothing as well. There should be at least one of each in Andrea Brand and Deanna Troi.

It actually seems to be any gender and personnel trait combo.

Just to help out in the mean time (before it gets fixed), I can also think of:
Norah, Nechayev, Shanti.
... But it's probably not too hard to search for the second parameter manually?
