Is there some kind of timeout on https://www.trekcc.org/2e/expansions/Pr ... Promos.pdf ? Firefox loaded correctly, chrome not on first try, but after pressing f5.
Both chrome, on on my end one from Johannes.

Works fine for me in both browsers. It's just downloading a file, so I'm not sure what would cause that, other than a flaky connection on your end.
