Hi all i live in the US and so Print the US papersize, whenever i goto print the CC expanions from pdf my cards are either too small, OR worse are cut off on the bottom row. anyone have any help on this?

sometimes the print tries to scale the pdf to the page. Are the sizes correct?

Any time you want to print, you need to make sure the program you're using and the printer settings themselves do not scale the PDF.

I also recommend downloading your files and viewing them using Adobe. I have found that fonts get weird if I view the files in Firefox and try to print from there.

Are you printing on a PC or Mac? In addition to the scale/fit to page settings, you might have to go into the Page Setup and make sure you are using the right printer definition so the margins match what the printer is capable of. Macs have a default page margin (Any Printer) that is pretty restrictive so it gets around most printers' margins, but it's gonna chop a lot off those pages.
