In Firefox 95.0.2, there's no icon next to the page title on tabs for trekcc.org pages. This icon does appear in Chrome 96.0.4664.110.

This issue seems to have emerged after the site downtime a day or two ago.

[Y]our report describes how rational these people are. Millennia ago, they abandoned their belief in the supernatural. Now you are asking me to sabotage that achievement, to send them back into the Dark Ages of superstition and ignorance and fear? No!

Had the same today, but it resolved on its own. Firefox sometimes caches parts of pages, maybe that happened here too.

There it is. I did a force-refresh, bypassing the cache, and that resolved it.
