When I click the link to the OTF Ban List on the main page which directs to this page https://www.trekcc.org/1e/print_banlist.php, I get the following:

FPDF error: Unsupported image type: /1e/

Can someone remind me what "OTF" stands for? It is Official Tournament Format?

I spent about an hour poking around the site, trying to figure it out.

Yup. Official Tournament Format.

Thank you. It should really be written somewhere. Acronyms can be a barrier for new or returning players.

Even when you Google "Star Trek CCG OTF" you find this Fandom site (which still doesn't explain what it stands for). :o

That's an interesting one. It's spelled out on the front page and also on the rule document. But I imagine there probably are other places where it says "OTF" without any sort of preceding mention of "Official Tournament Format".

@Majestic What are some of the instances you came across where it said OTF but not "Official Tournament Format" somewhere else on the page? Maybe we can get those backfilled.

Main Site has
Official Tournament Format
OTF Rules
OTF Banlist

Siteindex lists
Ban List, Official Tournament Format (OTF)
Official Tournament Format (OTF) Ban List
Official Tournament Format (OTF) Rules
Rules, Official Tournament Format (OTF)

OPG lists
4.3.1 Official (OTF)

Does it need to be in large friendly letters?

ps: better page meta descriptions are planned.

I searched the Main Site (which, by the way, it doesn't go to if you click "Main Site" at the top of this page; on the Chrome browser I'm on it only gives you a dropdown menu), and it still took me awhile to find the parts you pointed out, even after knowing they were there.

And I'd looked at the Site Index (looking for OTF) and even the Glossary, plus searched through many, many different forum threads looking for a reference, and still hadn't found it.

I don't think it's quite as clear as you think it is. :D

It's mostly in forum posts (like the title to this one), but I have an older copy of the Banned Cards List, which simply said OTF at the top (in the title).

Here's another example in both the title of the thread and the body of it.

I have pointed out in the Abbreviations thread that it doesn't contain OTF as a term.
