I think he's referring to this film which releases on that date, and has been compared by some to GalaxyQuest in the way that it parodies the original series. And yes, it does focus (at least, to some degree) on Star Trek. ;-)
LOl. No, that movie is more an attempt to offend Trek fans more then an attempt to poke fun at them. Abrams said he DIDN'T want his movie to resemble [GA] in any way... or Star Trek by extension.
