The price of running contributing dickheads out of town for the sake of potential new players coming in. Is it worth it? Discuss!

Yes, because no-one here is so magically awesome that they can't be replaced.

Nothing about this game is worth it. Except, maybe, friendships. Let me see... TK, Sonsteby, and a bunch of Birmingham guys who want Hirogen cards... naw, nothing really worth it :P

No Matt Kirk? Did he get unfriended after the cold curly fry Excelsior breakup?

Please elaborate on what new players could bring to the table to justify running contributing community members out of town.

They could contribute.

To an extent that could justify getting rid of already contributing members?

As a "new arrival", and one who would very much have liked to contribute to this wonderful game, I might have some things to say about all this. (I've been reading around here, more than I've been posting. There are personal reasons for that, but also environmental.)
I have some strong opinions, at least. I never quite dared to start a topic about it, though, myself -- and thus hoped there would come a topic that would be suitable. This could actually be that topic.

But still, now, I wonder if being honest about my experiences and perceptions here, is worth it for me. Or for you.

Being run out of town to try to improve the atmosphere / make other new players feel welcome? Is it worth it?

Everyone’s a dickhead. Never make the mistake of thinking otherwise.

Nobody. It's a hypothetical question.

Its not about getting rid of contributing players.

Its about getting rid of harmful and damaging players no matter if they are contributing or not!
