For folks who may not remember, there's a bunch of rules about putting logos on space hardware, which leads engineers to get... creative.

For instance, Curiosity uses "visual odometry", where the tracks have a pattern they can use to verify distance traveled. It just so happens that the track pattern spells out "GPL" in morse code

Folks who watched the Perseverance landing might have noticed that the parachute looks awful fancy for a disposable piece of tech:
