So, the actor Nathan Fillion (Firefly, Dr. Horrible, Castle, Rookie, now Suicide Squad) originally came from Edmonton. A local radio station started a petition that something in town should be named after him (and that it should be named "the Nathan Fillion Civilian Pavilion"), and today this happened:
For the weekend, City Hall has been renamed.
