Omg I found it! Prayer and desperation totally work! I went back to a place where I bought a sandwich after getting off the plane last Friday and they had my folder with decks (and prescriptions and enough documents for complete identity theft) untouched. Whooo!

I guess it's a good reminder to everyone when travelling to be super vigilant. No matter how travelled you are, it only takes a moment's distraction to lose track of your belongings.

Waiting at dubai airport with more Australian accents than I've ever heard at one time. It's no more sleeps in the most literal of ways!

Edit: not because of the aussies, because 14 hours in a packed plane is guaranteed to bring no sleep.

For all those coming down, Sydney is turning on some absolutely beautiful weather! Whilst I always suggest travelling with at least one light jacket, I doubt you will ever need to take it out of the bag, unless the harbour breeze at the Opera Bar comes from the south...

We're in Brisbane! Gorgeous weather so far, hotel/resort is great. Got groceries, lots of sleep, and first full day commencing. Although with the jet lag, and then lots of sleep, I'm awake at 6:30 am. Guess that will help in the coming weeks!
