Hi guys,

quick question: I have two away teams (both are not compatible to each other, so they form separate away teams) on a planet.

My opponent wants to attack my personnel.
Can he chose which away team to battle? Or can he only declare to attack my personnel and I can chose?

The former. It's the same as if you had two ships in space and they wanted to attack one. The difference is, unlike in space, the second team can't help out.

Oh and what if I have let's say a Romulan and a Cardassian Away Team who are not compatible.
I now beam down some Non-Aligned guys.

When my opponent attacks, can I chose who the Non-Aligned guys belong to?

Or do they both automatically 'belong' to both away teams?

Your opponent doesn't get to know who is in what team any more than they do who is on what ship. But the NA would have to declare what team they are joining when they beam down.

So the result is the AT's should be two different piles on the table (or two crews on lackey).

your opponent could ask to see them when you move them to make sure they are not compatible. after that, they have to remember which is which.
