Define "most powerful"

If you want a simple speed solver go MACO

If you want a more robust versatile deck go with Seat of Starfleet.

MACO.

There is a rediculous amount of saving people from dying in that deck. While Seat of Starfleet deck is more robust a MACO deck could be used to redshirt against dilemmas, save their own people with special skills or downloads, and then the next turn go ahead and do it again.

Throw in some raptor harassment and you can keep your opponent on their toes while you span the MACO event every turn to get people into play for free.

Regenerate is a MUST for the deck

i like the MACO version a lot. are there any lists of a seat deck? i honestly have no idea how it would work, since my playing has been so haphazard due to health.

hell any decent lists to look at would be appreciated

Here's a regional winner deck from earlier this year:

Another maybe slightly more basic one:

I netdecked an earlier version of Space Scotsman for South Dakota Masters shortly after it came out, and it was a thing of beauty.
