I don't if it would work or not just know there is alot of reused actors in star trek.

So here's the concept

The actor could not be a main character in anyway.

So dc franklin from motion pictures in the deck. Tuvok from voyager is not in the deck. It is cleary the same actor.
Tom paris was a red cadet on tng. So nick something is in the deck.

Jeffrey combs is weird because personally brunt was no where near as big as shran or weyon.

I think Michael dorn played his grandfather in motion pictures set. I could be mistaken though.

What would you add?

This is a pretty funny idea. I like goofy deck designs just for the fun of it.
