Chamber of Ministers let's you have DS9/Terok Nor at the same location.

when you play these two together, do you find it more worthwhile to keep them Both at Bajor, or put the Nor elsewhere in the region? I can see advantages to both, not sure which is better,

At Bajor
Stratagema protects the Nor
easy to shuttle persons back and forth

Nor elsewhere:
Can use Science lab "peek" at a space mission
Another safe base in the region
Cuts down on range usage for ships

Yep. Usually I think DS9 can defend itself okay. Bigger risk is opponent shutting down Celestial draws with WEAPONS.

No idea. Before my time, and the tester notes have all been archived somewhere I can't read them.

But that's definitely 50% of the reason I ever use Celestial Temple.
