okay new question...........

Can any suggest how to get a engineer out turn 1 to build a remote supply depot with?

ASP is obvious but Deyos via. DH is my turn 1 download so no ASP. Dominion have no mission specialists. Normal card play is a downloaded spacedoor ship i need to GET from GQ to AQ.... i'm stuck on where to get an engineer from. :/

Some [ card1 ] tags, and less abbreviations when card first mentioned, would help me next time to answer sooner. (I had to spend some time on DH=Defend Homeworld, but Deyos has Security so then it became more obvious.)

I'm not finding much, but you could Reflection Therapy ENGINEER onto someone. Or if you can squeeze a Strategic Base into the seeds, use Assign Support Personnel to get your ENGINEER and Strategic Base to get 3 draws when you build your outpost, that should replace most of the draws you would have lost from delaying Deyos to a turn 2 Download.

Though they don't have Mission Specialists, you can use Angelo Tassoni and Leila Kalomi to give you SCIENCE and Navigation (to get through the wormhole unstopped) Use your card play to grab a cheap ship with a silver staff icon, like a Karemman Vessel. Then ASP for Temo'Zuma. Use Strategic Base, as mentioned above, to grab three card draws.

So by turn two, you'll have the Equipment you wanted from Ultimatum, Deyos and a Jemmie for Obedience Brings Victory

The obvious downside to this is that, because the Mission specialists are not , you don't get the full benefits from Reward from the Founders, but you'd still be eligible for the twice per game download of the White

Strategic base........ that really lightens the curse of not drawing cards on turn 1 with Deyos.......
