Oh that's what it is, I was looking for an hour for a way how Michael got these Dominion personnel into play... So he neither used the infiltrators nor the infiltration dilemmas?

Ok Michael, now make a real infiltration deck.. I know you can do it!
Technically, I could get five of the Founders in play but that's not all that important (two additional ones if I added a Shape-shift to the deck)

As far as a "real" infiltration deck, just use Getting to Know You as a card drawing mechanism deck and have enough Infiltrators.

Technically he said Founders since one of the 5 is Founder Leader.

Entertaining Display can download Kira Founder and Founder Leader, Assassination Attempt can download Founder Agitator, Defend Homeworld can download Odo Founder and I'm a Doctor, Not a Bartender can download Bashir Founder.

Since it's on topic of infiltration I might as well ask here:

I don't get Misdirection

"Unless .. a changeling present plays on table as event..."
So when my changeling infiltrates and my opponent decides to have him join a mission attempt, this dilemma fizzles and has no effect.
Isn't that the opposite of what we want to achieve while infiltrating? To make this dilemma work I actually have to make sure no changeling is infiltrating, correct?
This seems strange to me unless I am missing something..

Yeah where you're getting mixed up is thinking the opponent chooses what your infiltrator does.
