A bunch of nice combo suggestions above. On top of this there is a bunch of "kill one" space dilemmas, but also a few that kills 2 or more, if looking at single dilemmas only:
Replicator Accident - Whole crew killed
Tarellian Plague Ship - Whole crew killed
Explosive Decompression - Up to 6 killed
Ankari "Spirits" - 2+ killed (4 quite common if not teched for it)
Subspace Shock Wave - 2 killed
Hull Breach - 1-2 killed
Macrovirus - 1+ killed
Some are easier than others to trigger / setup of course. On top if these there are the "kill 1", and a number of S/P ones that kills as well, most of those are "kill 1" as well, apart from Barclay's, Crystalline Entity, Dejaren, Hunter Probe, Kazon Bomb, No Loose Ends, Outpost Raid, Spatial Rift, Subspace Fracture and The Weak Will Perish. Actually, that was more than I thought after listing them.
Finally; search tip: Card search engine, dilemma type, tick "kills".
