Use this thread to discuss the decklist Decipher Archives: Fed Think Tank Deck - Sept 1996.
Continuing the decks from the past. One note, is many of these are just "user submitted", and what's funny even by 1996 web standards; the deck lists are just the names of the cards, no hyperlinks. Many of the names are incomplete, or nicknames. For instance, consistently across multiple decks The Traveler:Transcendence is just stirred as "traveller".
this deck isn't even *complete*, as you need to add 4 dilemmas of your own choice. And again, as @Fritzinger noted on the last one, only 3 ships. Even with a couple Kivas Fajo's and a Masaka transformation, they seem so quite compared to today's standards.
