Use this thread to discuss the decklist Decipher Archives: Espionage Winner - August 1999.
I have mentioned before that I am a fan of combo and control decks, and also do miss the ability to attempt any mission.
This deck is a great example of why we can't have nice things anymore, and why the rules changes were overall a good thing for the game.
