Back at it! Work has been busy so I've been slacking. Continuing the Gencon 1999 lists, I think this is the last one.
The best thing about this stroll down memory lane is knowing Mikey blew up and commandeered a couple Nors in 1 game and lost 5-0 because his opponent played The Walls Have Ears. He deserved it! :D

This makes some sense, but then doesn't the guy need some dilemmas in his deck or Q's Tent? (Or did Q-Bypass typically do another mission first, filling your discard pile?)

Hide and Seek - (Original text) Plays on table. When any player overcomes their own Q dilema, their opponent may immediately seed up to four cards there from hand, discard pile or Q's tent; discard event. (May not be nullified. May also be seeded as Hidden Agenda)

Q - (Original text)
If 2 Leadership and Integrity > 60, discard all dilemmas here. Otherwise, Q allows opponent to rearrange spaceline locations. Discard dilemma.

So, Q discards the dilemmas and Hide and Seek puts them back along with any from your hand, discard pile or Tent if you feel so inclined.

Oh! Alright then.

I thought Hide and Seek fired when the conditions were met, but I guess yours actually makes more sense balance-wise and probably also timing-wise.

*checks old Glossary*

Oh, yeah! Decipher even had a ruling on it.

Okay, thanks.
