when I was roaming the depths of the card database, I stumbled over Assignment: Earth.
According to the database, this card has not been used in any deck. Ever.

Does anyone have any idea what to do with this card?

It does virtually nothing.

If I was playing or and I suspected I'd be showing up to an event where there would be Stop First Contact decks roaming around, I might consider stocking this if I had a seed slot open.

Tell that to a Fed player who just had to throw their deck in the trash can because some Borgs showed up and started a rumble in Montana.

It's a meta card... clearly SFC isn't enough of a Meta threat to justify its use at the moment.

Hmkay ...

Well ... a card being used in zero decks seems to lead to the inescapable conclusion that it plays no role in any meta that runs tournaments, I would say.
