So I built "starter" style decks for each of the DQ affiliations for local play. These are meant for traditional rules/pool, to be balanced against each other, and to be able to be supplemented in sealed formats. Only Voyager/The Borg expansions are considered to be in scope, and I haven't done dilemmas yet. I did have to put a couple of EFC cards in the Borg deck; otherwise I couldn't get it to a place where I thought it was viable. These haven't been playtested at all yet, but any feedback is appreciated!
