Hi,
I´m so happy Cybernetic Expertise is back.
I came up with three ways to get cybernetics into play to get my androids for free:
1. Seed Preserver Obelisk and get Dr. Korby or Norman. But I would have to seed their planets and then I would be limited to .
2. Quark's Isolinear Rods to get B'Elanna Torres and play her on my ship with Temporal Micro-Wormhole. But I would need two seed cards and I can´t use her in the first turn.
3. Lots of Q´s Tents in my deck and someone with cybernetics in my Tent.
(4. Telak with Defend Homeworld download, but then I would be limited to Romulans. Same with Geordi La Forge with Klingons in a Duras deck.)

Are there other ways to get a cybernetics personnel out early?

Would you still need to get Soong to another outpost, or does Cybernetics Expertise allow your androids to report to Cold Station 12 while he's aboard? (Cold Station is a station, and Expertise specifies reporting to an outpost.)

Either of those at a NA outpost work fine. I used Telak at a Husnock outpost in a Ferengi deck. (not mobile friendly) The androids have to match the facility, not the cybernetics.

And there's nothing saying you have to use the facility for other people.

Really? That would be awesome, but Cybernetics Expertise says "your personnel with printed Cybernetics". Is it really enough if it is printed on Arik and not on Malik?
