How can borg get back events that were placed in their discard pile?

Three of Nine can also help with this (but you might end up putting something good in the discard pile when you use it.

Observation Drone. Get back anything you need, while at the same time getting rid of stuff in your deck you no longer need. Works with multiple skills, so more than 3 cards can be recycled, depending on mission skills (don't forget to interlink skills to exploit Obs Drone as much as possible).

Other than that, the already mentioned 3of9 is money.
