With the new set out featuring Holograms, has anyone built an all Hologram personel deck? i'm working on one now, I was just looking for an outline. I'm thinking a Caretakers Delta quad mission start. If you have a deck or any input please let me know. Thanks.

There's no way to play the olarra to the DQ and you wouldn't be able to staff another ship. There's a discussion, linked below, about using Athos IV or SF headquarters.

I was noticing that. But these two decks include the Olarra and no headquarters; how do they play it?

The first one can't play olarra, the second is top secret and you shouldn't be reading that... nooooooo, don't read it!
