Well, in 1e you could do some silly stuff (like I once built a 100 card deck designed to deck out both players and win on points) but getting back more into 2e, I'm curious as to what crazy decks you could do in it.

You know, the kind that you consider a 1-3 record at a tournament a "victory." The kind that worry less about the competition, and more about racking up chuckles from your opponent or (for bonus points) one that got your opponents to say, "That is so weird... wish I thought of it."

I made a triple HQ KCA deck for a 2E cool tournament. It's actually a lot of fun to play and is ok on the win/loss record.

Definitely Ferengi/Dominion Tongo/Borath antics. Even more crazy when I added DS9 for For the Sisko.

I've made a number of crazy decks but my favourite is the Madred Shell game.

I used Ferengi with Rule #6, Optimism and Ishka to try and buff Madred out the wazoo. Had a lot of contingencies like ETU for correct guesses and Reclaim Terok Nor + Ruling Council to unstop him.

I'm partial to my no-ship tons of bonus points deck involving Assassins and Infiltrators. I'm currently working on making a normal tournament, able to win the game, no ship deck so we'll see.

Silly decks I've done before (not counting decks that are errata'd) -

Four-Borg personnel deck solving missions with the matching commander Queen and her minion.
Triple-HQ deck that doesn't encounter dilemmas
One ship only in the deck Borg

I need to make more silly decks.

Maquis deck using Queen's Borg Cube, Borg Cutting Beam, Unrelenting and One with the borg to fuel points for Organized terrorist activities and Knowledge and Experience. Would probably work much cleaner with the Tsunkatse interrupt.

Ok, I'm REALLY curious about that no-ship deck.

I'm also trying to build a HQ-less time deck, but I wish timers had more shenanigans. Like the old temporal rift only you play it on your own ship to maybe avoid a dilemma (and end the mission attempt).

What's been the biggest deck any of you have played?
