I've got about 110 deck ideas, which is creating analysis paralysis. So, I'm taking requests as to what deck I should build next. Give me a suggestion, and I'll see if I can whip up a deck, make it public, and report back on this thread.

A true event-on-mission Maquis Solver with none of the bad feels that come with Shankar, Organized Terrorist Activities, or other jank.

I'm convinced that it's not only doable, but can be tier one.

Challenge accepted! (Which is not to say I won't take on more challenges if anybody has one.)

I'm almost done with the Maquis deck. Just need to flesh out the dilemma pile.

Cardassian/Ferengi Kotra/Tongo? Sounds like I need to include Dabo as well! I'll see what I can do.

Madness achieved! I'll have to test this one out. Probably needs some trimming and Common cards. But at some point you get to have Winn Adami put One on top of your deck so Jadzia Dax can win Tongo.

Now taking suggestions for a third deck. Perhaps I can get up to 8 suggestions and test them all in a mock tournament and post the results?

Wait a sec. You set out to build a Maquis events deck and you used ..... Athos IV?!

Did you forget that Quatal Prime exists? It's basically made for that concept.

So confused.

Hmm... Maybe Nathan already has a QP deck built for Nationals and this is an elaborate rope-a-dope.... :shifty:

The Stars Are Made of Latinum [Fer] / [Dom]
Covert Collusion [Car] / [Rom]
Baran/Hyralan Sector artifact zaniness
TR-116/Chu'lak Skill lock-out
The dice (which is really a quick Excel formula) say... TR-116/Chu'lak Skill lock-out!

I started off with QP, but found the all-DMZ restriction too restricting. The only planet mission you can complete without jumping through hoops is Soltok IV, and I wasn't thrilled with the skill selection there. I think the ease of doing three 30-point missions will more than make up for missing the cost reduction on QP.

Okay, that deck isn't coming together for me, so I'll have to circle back around. The magic die excelorameter says... 6! Baran/Hyralan Sector artifacts!

Soft Sell has officially made the cut. I just need a good dilemma pile to pair with these thieves (and Yridians) and then I can post the deck!
