The sudden dissolution of the Romulan Senate in 2379 left a power vacuum that was quickly filled by Shinzon and his allies.

Notes:

Bit niche, but could be a fun way to get rid of a member of your opponents leadership and cause some shenanigans, say by dropping off Tal'Aura, Duras, or a Founder Agitator.

When I got my first premier starter deck all those years ago? Romulan was the first affiliation I had, so I had to give them some love. I debated doing a card for Commodore Oh/General Nedar, but it would've involved creating a bunch of broken links

Last I heard we're supposed to steer clear of the post Nemesis/Voyager stuff anyway so as not to risk angering Paramount's lawyers, so probably best to keep it vague. Plus some of us are a bit behind (I've only just recently start Discovery Season 1, let alone Picard and Strange New Worlds. )

I THINK we're ok if we stick to Dream Cards, and don't do "BTW, cropped a picture" and provided full mock up of the actual card. That would likely cause some potential issue, but considering the general leniancy towards Fanfic in Star Trek? I think just a dream card should be fine.

But someone in the CC who knows better? If i'm wrong please tell me.

As for being behind? With how the shows have been made streaming service focused, that's understandable. Disco has some...rough patches 1st and 2nd seasons, but hits its stride in 3 and 4. Strange New Worlds is a delight from the start.

Picard....Picard has some ISSUES but it's full of great concepts for "Dream" card situations.

As long as you're dealing with text dream cards, anything goes. Feel free to make cards based on any property, be it Discovery, Picard, Babylon 5, whatever. I mean, that last one isn't likely to come up in this thread, but otherwise go for it.

Unlikely Pairing

Place on mission. Randomly select two personnel attempting. They are now "a couple." When a personnel uses a skill here, randomly select their romantic partner present. Both are stopped.

Notes:

I'm really rusty on 1E wording, but hopefully you get the idea. Two people suddenly become a couple, and for 3 turns any time somebody is stopped, their romantic partner is stopped as well.
