Hi all,

Here is the beginning of a expanision I have been working on.

New Icons
(NF) New Frontier (I first tought was to make this a reporting icon but then change that to an icon used by other cards.)

Randomly select 3 personnel, Those personnel may not use their skills unless 2 Anthropology, Diplomacy and Cunning >40.

Unless Medical and any medical equipment or Exobiology and any tricorder, Randomly select a personnel to be killed. All other personnel present of the same race are stopped.

Unless you have Anthropology, Exobiology, Leadership and Cunning >32. Select a mixed race personnel to be killed. If you can not all your personnel are stopped and this dilemma returns to owner’s dilemma pile.
