Some nice sets of cards! I especially like the idea behind Computer Trace.

The personnel seem to have decent skill-sets. I'd be interested to see a bit more special text on personnel rather than just downloads though.

The Politics skill sounds interesting. In the Trek-verse it might not make too much sense, but I can see it work here.

Computer Trace and Contact Network were fun to make. Political Subterfuge and Blackmail were really hard to get right.
