Ministry of Truth
Seeds or plays on table. Once per turn, if you have a Party member in play, you may download a Newspeak card to hand (draw no cards this turn) or to play (in place of your normal card play). Your Newspeak cards may not be nullified or destroyed by personnel.

Ministry of Love
Seeds or plays on your Headquarters. It now has a brig. Once per turn you may download to the location of your Security or any Intelligence personnel Reflection Therapy, Brainwash, Torture, Interrogation, or any capture related card, draw no cards this turn. Your Midnight Visitations may play from hand as an where your Security personnel is present.

Newspeak: the Definitive Edition
Plays on your homeworld. Your personnel that match this homeworld may attempt it with these requirements:
Anthropology x2 + any 2 of (Communcations Officer, Translator or Linguist) + Cunning >2x mission points
When you complete mission, all your matching personnel lose all Honor and Treachery.

The Spies
An organization sponsored by the government of Oceania with the approval of Big Brother. Teaches children the importance of turning in thought-criminals and the methods to find them. Many parents fall victim to The Spies
Plays on table. Your Party Youth with Str<5 gain Treachery and are Integrity +/-2 (may reselect at the begining of your turn).

The Youth League
An organization sponsored by the government of Oceania with the approval of Big Brother. Gives young adults the means to support thier government in many ways, through programs like sponsorships, subscriptions, preplanned spontaneous demonstrations of gratitude, flag days, and the like.
Plays on table. Your Party Youth with Str>4 and your Party personnel with Cun<5 lose all Honor or Treachery and are Integrity +/-2 (may reselect at the begining of your turn).

Doublethink
Newspeak word whose definition, although relatively simple, requires knowledge of the action itself to understand.
To get passed requires 2 personnel with neither Honor nor Treachery and a personnel with Cunning<4 OR Empathy x2 OR a Linguist with Cunning>6 OR Hoshi Sato.

Midnight Visitations
The Ministry of Love employs Thought Police, manages and encourages The Spies, and is responsible for uncounted disappearances, purges and reprogrammings.
Unless Security x4 present, one personnel (random selection) and one Resistance or Dissident personnel (random selection) is captured. If no away team remains place dilemma under mission here to be encountered again, otherwise discard dilemma.
