When Flat cats are fed more than once a week (preferably three weeks) they produce 8 offspring in about 63 days. 63 days after that all well fed warm flat cats can reproduce again.
Breeds from 1 Flat Cat. Personnel may not battle here. If aboard a shuttle or rocket, that ship is attributes -1 (cumulative, minimum 1). Counts as 10 Tribbles.

64 Flat Cats
After a certain point, happilly fed Flat Cats can become a nuisance aboard a ship or sealed facility. Simply put, reproduction rates are exponential and there are plenty of places to hide.
Breeds from 8 Flat Cats. Ship or facility this card is aboard may not use range, movement related cards, special equipment or weapons. Away teams may not commandeer or attempt missions at this planet, facility or ship. Counts as 100 Tribbles.
