Sorry, my old phone died so i had to read some terry pratchett while i waited for a new one. This installment of BWDC is pulled from one of Heinlein's collected stories books, Expanded Universe which has more internal consistency than most series!

One potential way to kill a nuclear reaction is to seperate the reactant material into batches too small to go critical.
Suspends play to discard from play one , , , , , ship or facility you control and stop all your power room watch standers at that location.

"The Bomb" [RH]
Single largest atomic powerplant on Earth. No telling when it may go off.
Seeds in dilemma phase or plays on any planet (including time locations). If destroyed, discard all cards at this location, location's gametext is suspended for the rest of the game, and both players score points. Planet facility.

Blow Ups Happen [RH] [CD:4]
Extreme mental stress, excessive moral pressure, and bombs can make even the most level headed personnel blow up.
Unless Anthropology + Officer + Strength>40, randomly select a petsonnel with Honor or Integrity>6 or Security. Selected personnel is disabled until countdown expires. Otherwise kills one personnel (random selection) and destroys one or (random selection).

An Act of "True Bravery" [RH]
Some would define bravery as choosing peril despite fear when there is an easy way out.
Plays if two or more personnel were just stopped to unstop those personnel and randomly select one. Selected personnel is stopped if all their attributes are >5, killed otherwise.
