Welcome to Fill in the Blank Season 2: Chain of Command!

Each week I will post the collector’s information for one of the cards in the set’s cardlist. Contestants are free to create whatever card they see fit for that slot in the cardlist, keeping in mind the surrounding cards. As the contest progresses, the cardlist will become more and more defined, guiding the contests’ choices.

The theme of our set is Chain of Command. Not every card has to fit the theme, of course, but it’s something to keep in mind when voting. Speaking of voting, as per normal each contestant will vote for one of the previous week’s entries (with the exception that as the contest runner, I will vote ONLY in the case of a tie).

This week’s winner is… WeyounsLastClone!

He was, and he's on my list.

I'll go over his lines and see if there's anything that gels with game text like Savar's did; I thought Savar's "Careful to cover our tracks." worked well with losing Treachery and gaining more Admiral-esque skills.

Vote: A (I like the gamesmanship.)

My Entry:

[Fed] 2 *Darian Wallace, Resourceful Lieutenant.

[Stf] [TNG] Human

Anthropology, Biology, Engineer, Security

When this personnel is facing a dilemma, you may make him gain a skill in that dilemma's gametext until the end of this mission attempt. At the end of this mission attempt, return this personnel to his owner's hand and your opponent may draw a card. You may do this only once each turn.

Multitalented crewmember aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise-D. One of the first to serve aboard her... and also one of the last. J. Bruce Award winner. Speaks fluent Klingon.

Integrity: 6, Cunning: 6, Strength: 6.

Notes: Played by Guy Vardaman, one of the frequent extras and stand-ins from TNG, but noteable for his character actually being named thanks to an on screen personal file. I carried over his Security and Anthropology from his 1E version, and added Biology and Engineer as he won the J. Bruce award for Bioengineering. His ability represents the characters knack at turning his hand to anything, though I've tried to make it a little different to others with that sort of ability, as he gains it from the gametext, not just the requirements, so it even works for things like A Living Death. And he speaks fluent Klingon because when he wasn't playing Darrian Wallace or various other actors hands (seriously) he was playing a lot of different Klingons. He even (as a Klingon) blew up the ship he was on (as a Human.)

All the Best,

Mattgomery Scott.
