Seeds or plays at any 20th or 21st century time location.
If your cook and no Vulcan present, once each turn, may "order here" (download to hand one ANIMAL). Randomly discard a card from hand. If any ANIMAL discarded, "make it a double" (discard randomly one additional time). For each animal discarded in this way, "make it a combo" (score 5 points and draw a card).
