Garak and quark were because there is so many in the game. They were both great on ds9. So I thought it be awesome to do something with them.

Weyoun 5 is not weyoun 6. I copied the lore from memory alpha. He was only in like one ep of ds9. 4 was the main one in the show. 3 is administrator weyoun. 1 and 2 didn't exist apparently.
