Chief Engineer of USS Enterprise-E. The metaphasic radiation allowed him to see naturally but was not willing to allow the Baku to pay the price for that kind of ability and so convinced Picard to allow the crew to help.

Okay big oversight here. Worf was still part of the DS9 at this point, he must have been on leave or something but at the beginning of the movie Picard made a joke about him oversleeping on DS9.

Archaeology doesn't really factor into the movie so decided to ditch it. Upped Leadership because his whole crew was willing to follow him despite what it could have done to their careers. Double Music was not needed for the small part it ultimately played.

The biggest problem I see here is I don't believe there are any water related dilemmas so unless one or more are made it's a useless card.
