Unfortunately, this is a question that has come up before and the answer is no.

Even if users may (and probably do) have perfectly legitimate personal use reasons, the CC doesn't want to do anything that might enable people to create professional quality cards for legal reasons. Basically, even if the risk of causing something like a Cease & Desist letter is small, it isn't worth it.

And because this is very close to a category of discussion specifically disallowed by the Forum's Code of Conduct (Rule 4), our precedent has been to lock threads of this nature, so I need to do so now.
