Good Worf text, although the line "You may play this personnel at your Qo'noS or your Earth" might be problematic, as it would allow playing at TOS Earth, Starfleet Earth, or even having him find his way into a Borg deck running Stop First Contact.

If you want to limit him to TNG, DS9 and Qo'noS decks: add the TNG icon and either change his text to "You may play this personnel at your Qo'noS"; or add the TNG icon, make him , and drop the "You may play..." text entirely (although the former probably works best with his flavour text).
