[HA] Pax Organia [countdown:2]

Seeds or plays on table. When a player initiates personnel battle and Organia is in play: all attacking personnel are placed in stasis and gain [countdown:2]. Stasis ends when countdown expires or opponent gives up the ability to initiate battle until this Incident is discarded.

Interesting card. But what does the countdown on the personnel do, exactly? If I read it correctly, the personnel will auto-annihilate when the countdown ends? (But doesn't the stasis freeze the countdown, which will then disappear when the [Inc] itself self-destructs? Not sure...)
I like the concept.
