How can I print this Virtual Expanasion?

A Virtual Expansion released on 2019-10-21, containing 19 new 1E cards.

These are not yet printable, as these are promo cards that are in current circulation as tournament prizes.

Most promos usually become printable 12 - 18 months after they are first released in physical form; however, the borderless promos are a special case and there is not currently a given time frame.
