Dumb question. A Sight for Sore Eyes. Are there negative points in 2E once you spent the points and lose them at end of turn?

In 2E you cant get to -X points. So basically you can not lose points if that would get you to -X.

For example if you have 5 points and somehow lose 10 points, that would not bring you to -5 points in total.
