Since it's Father's Day Weekend, let's do this!

Liam Bilby: Had two children.

Bok: Had a son who was killed by Jean-Luc Picard in battle. Seeks to avenge himself on Picard.

Joseph Carey: Has two sons. Almost got to see them again.

Samuel Clemens: Real life author who had 4 children, though these were never mentioned on the show.

Croden: Father of Yareth.

Jack Crusher: Father of Wesley Crusher.

Culluh:
Father of Seska’s child, despite her believing that Chakotay was the father.


Damar: Mentioned that he had a son who was killed by the Jem’Hadar.

Data: “Father” of Lal.

Matt Decker: Was the father of Willard Decker, but not anymore! Represented in 1E as Commodore Decker.

Dukat: Father of Tora Ziyal.

Duras Son of Toral: Ancestor of Ja’rod and his progeny.

Duras: Father of Toral.

Emory Erickson: Father of Danica Erickson.

George: Almost certainly the reason why “Gracie is pregnant”. Represented in 1E by George and Gracie. Orbital Bombardment continues.

Tekeny Ghemor: Had a daughter named Iliana, whom Kira was surgically altered to look like at one point.

Gorkon: Father of Azetbur. Represented in 1E as Chancellor Gorkon.

Hajur: Was captured by Penk on his son’s first hunt.

Frank Hollander: Pa of Eli Hollander in the Deadwood holoprogram.

Ja’rod: Father of Duras, Lursa and B’Etor.

Ma’Bor Jetrel: Had three children who were taken by his wife when she left him over his initial lack of remorse for inventing the metreon cascade weapon. Represented in 1E as Dr. Ma’Bor Jetrel.

Alidar Jarok: Betrayed false information to the Federation out of concern for what war between the Federation and the Romulan Empire would do to his daughter.

Kang: His firstborn son, who was named in honor of Curzon Dax, was killed by The Albino.

Kira Taban: Father of Kira Nerys, Reon and Pohl.

James T. Kirk: Father of David Marcus (with Carol Marcus) and an unborn child (with Miramanee). Also represented in 1E as Captain Kirk and Admiral Kirk.

Koloth: His firstborn son was killed by The Albino.

Kor: His firstborn son was killed by The Albino.

Captain Korok: Ancestor of General Korok.

K’Vagh: Father of Marab, who volunteered for the Klingons’ program to develop Augments. Represented in 1E as General K’Vagh.

Edward M. La Forge: Father of Ariana and Geordi La Forge. Represented in 1E as Dr. La Forge.

Geordi La Forge: Father of three children in the alternate future of TNG: All Good Things...

Benjamin Maxwell: His wife and children were killed at the Setlik III Massacre.

Madred: Father of Jil Orra. Also represented in 1E as Gul Madred.

Martok: Father of at least two children, one of which was a son named Drex.

Leonard McCoy: Had a daughter named Joanna with his ex-wife. Represented in 1E as Dr. McCoy.

Miles O’Brien: Begat Molly and Kirayoshi O’Brien. In the alternate timeline of DS9: Children of Time, Ancestor of Miranda O’Brien and several other Molly O’Briens among other O’Briens.

Mogh: Father of Worf and Kurn.

Kotran Pa’Dar: Believed his son Rugal was killed by Bajoran Resistance members, but reunited with him. Memory Alpha lists him as Kotan Pa’Dar.

Tom Paris: Father of Miral Paris.

Phlox: Has five children and acted as a father to Sim.

Jean-Luc Picard: Once thought he was father of Jason Vigo. Had children in an illusion created by The Nexus. Briefly married to Beverly Picard in the alternate future of TNG: All Good Things…, implying that he was the stepfather of Wesley Crusher in that future. Unwitting genetic template used for the creation of Shinzon.

Mora Pol: Described as the closet thing Odo had to a father.

Q: Father of another Q as seen in Voy: Q2. For bonus points, this Q was played by John de Lancie’s real life son Keegan de Lancie.

Qatai: Obsessed with hunting down the ship devouring beast that killed his family.

William T. Riker: Once believed he was father of “Jean-Luc Riker” in Barash’s illusion.
Revealed to be a father in Star Trek: Picard.


Telek R’Mor: Had an infant daughter he had never seen at the time that he encountered the U.S.S. Voyager. Represented in 1E as Dr. Telek R’Mor.

Rom: Father of Nog.

Mr. Rom: Father of Mr. Nog. One of the few confirmed incidents of both a prime universe and mirror universe version of a character being parents.

Sergey Rozhenko: Father of Nikolai Rozhenko. Adoptive father of Worf. Represented in 1E as Sergey and Helena.

Rurigan: “Father” of Anetra and “Grandfather” of Taya.

Sarek: Father of Spock and Sybok.
Foster father of Michael Burnham.
Also represented in 1E as Ambassador Sarek.

Benjamin Sisko: Father of Jake Sisko (with Jennifer Sisko) and an unborn child (with Kasidy Yates.)

Arik Soong: “Father” of many Augment embryos from the time of Khan that he allowed to grow into adulthood. Ancestor of Noonian Soong.

Hikaru Sulu: Father of Demora Sulu. Represented in 1E as Lt. Sulu and Captain Sulu.

Charles Tucker III: Was pregnant in Ent: Unexpected, an example so odd that it’s also listed under the Mothers post. “Father” of the binary clone Elizabeth, and father to Lorian in the alternate timeline of Ent: E Squared.

Tuvok: Father of three sons and a daughter.

Colonel Worf: Father of Mogh. His grandson (below) was named after him.

Worf: Father of Alexander Rozhenko.

Zek: Father of Krax.

Lewis Zimmerman: “Father” of The Doctor and other E.M.H. Programs. Also referred to as “the father of modern holography”.

Notes:

I wrote the list prior to the death of Richard Herd, so I had planned to include a mention of surprise that Owen Paris was not included, but we all realized it then. I guess it's just because Voyager-property Alpha Quadrant Federation Personnel just aren't too useful in the current game.

Also, surprisingly Kyle Riker has no 1E presence. The closest there is is a 2E card that was never 1E compatible.

As mentioned in the Mothers thread, Spock (Star Trek III) and William T. Riker (Up The Long Ladder) are deliberately left out for the same reason that Saavik and Katherine Pulaski are left out for those same situations.

Tom Branulich and Rollie Tesh should be on this list. They're the closest thing to literal fathers of 1e there is.
