Hello,

My brother in law have been playing type one with a different rule set we created for quite a few years now. Recently we have used the rules from this site and made our changes.

My questions is: others have asked for a copy of our rules(in a Facebook group) but I did not want to share if it was a violation of copyright laws. Does anyone know if this is okay?

I will be willing to share with everyone here once it has been completed.

Thanks!

Oh, I see. I misunderstood somewhat.

As long as your publication explicitly differentiates between the parts of the rules that are yours and the parts of the rules that are official, I don't see a problem with that. The thing we all want to avoid is confusing players who might accidentally think that your rules, or parts of them, are official CC rules.

Thanks for asking! (Please post your alternate rules here, too! I'd love to see 'em!)

Awesome, We did re-title the Rules Star Trek Collectible Card Game Version: The Ongoing Mission.

We did use a lot of the standard rules, but it sounds like I should highlight the differences in the rules as well.
